Chris Culgin is a Canadian songwriter making words and sounds in country, roots, rock and roll music. His second record, "Its Only Time", was recorded at the Lincoln County Social Club in Toronto, produced by James Bunton, and released in June, 2014.

Culgin's band has been touring Canada frequently since 2013 and is about to release their 3rd record, "Mind in the Blue Sky". This record makes a bit of a departure from the country flavours of "It's only Time" and finds something brand new in it's 11 originals. A variety of Toronto musicians including Richard Underhill on Baritone Sax, William Carn on Trombone, William Sperandei on trumpet and Micheal Ekert on Pedal steel make for an expansive variety of new textures. This summer of 2016, the core trio, featuring Derek Bell on bass, Matt greco on drums and Chris Culgin on guitar, banjo and mandolin, head out on an extensive cross Canada tour reaching from Peterborough to the Yukon.
